How do I use this dang Laundry Card?
 
If you need a card:

• Touch the button on the right to “Get a new card”
  • First card is free for the month of June / replacement card is $2
• Hit the button for your payment method (or just put cash in the bill acceptor)
  • A $20 bill will give you a bonus $2 credit
• Select your amount and follow the pin pad instructions

 
 
If you need to add $ to your card

• Place card in the holder OR simply hold the card in front of the holder
• Once the machine reads your card, it will show your balance
• Insert cash OR pay by card
  • Follow the pin pad instructions as needed

 
 
 
Once you have a card

• Put it in the holder
• Hit “Registration”
• Enter the below AT A MINIMUM. This will protect your card if lost
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email is optional
  • Be sure to check the box for “Send text notification with laundry is finished”
    • This will let you know when your machine is DONE

 
Lost card

• Hit “Replace card”
• Enter your registered phone number
• The system will text you a verification code
  • Enter this on the screen
• New card will be dispensed, with the original balance from your lost card
  • The cost of $2 for the replacement card will be deducted from your balance
